XFT Short Duration US Government Securities Fund
- The XFT Short Duration US Government Securities Fund (the “Fund”) offers Qualified Purchasers access to short-duration Treasury Bills. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek current income as is consistent with liquidity and stability of principal, targeting returns in line with the federal funds rate. Ownership in the Fund is represented by an ERC-20 token, USDX. Subscriptions and redemptions are facilitated through USD or USDC, with liquidity each market day.

- 1. Complete KYC, AML process
- 2. Sign USDX subscription documents
- 3. Investor sends USD wire or stablecoins
- 4. Investor receives temporary paper certificate evidencing USDX ownership
- 5. 40 days later, investor receives USDX token, which can be transferred to investors on the secondary transfer allow list
- 6. Investors can add themselves to the secondary transfer allow list by certifying non-US status

- 1. Investor sends USDX tokens to XFT address - note that only non-US investors who are onboarded with XFT are eligible to redeem
- 2. XFT sends USD to the investor the following business day, utilizing reserves in bank deposits
